• Screen Recording: The App can record your screen and audio during gameplay. Recordings are saved locally to your device's Photo Library only if you enable this feature.

How We Use Your Information

Camera and Microphone

• Camera access is used solely to display your front camera feed during gameplay when enabled

Screen Recordings

• Screen recordings are saved locally to your device's Photo Library only
• Recordings are not transmitted to us or any third party
• You have full control over recordings and can delete them at any time through your device's Photos app

• In-app purchases are processed through Apple's App Store
• Purchase information is handled by Apple in accordance with their privacy policy
• We only receive confirmation that a purchase was made, not your payment details

Data Storage

All data generated by the App, including:

• Game recordings
• Purchase status
• App preferences

is stored locally on your device. We do not maintain any servers or cloud storage for your data.

BeatMatch is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
